Welcome to Dale’s Dog Training Academy LLC, your dog training authority in southeast Virginia and northeast North Carolina. My name is Dale Ward, owner/trainer here at Dale's Dog Training Academy. I have been working with and training dogs for over 15 years, and serving the Hampton Roads area for the past 10. I am here to help you with your dog training needs! As a Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Trainer (VSPDT), I use positive, science-based, force free training techniques to work with you and your dog.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are an easy, extremely efficient way to train. No hassle, in-home training that fits your schedule. Whether you have a new puppy or you would like help with your adult dog, we will tailor a program just for you. Private lessons allow you to have the dedicated attention of the trainer, focused only on you and your dog. You can book one lesson at a time or save money with a package.
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $125.00
Package of 5 lessons: $600

VIRTUAL LESSONS
Out of our service area? Not interested in in-person training? No problem! Virtual lessons are here. On-line sessions are available via Zoom and are a great way to connect with the best. Whether you need some timely advice or would like to pursue all the basics, we can help. Sometimes, all you need is an hour!
Duration: 1 hour
Cost: $100.00
Package of 5 hours: $475
PRIVATE ON-DEMAND CLASSES
We are available to teach group classes, (Puppy Class, Basic Manners) at your location. Do you have a group of friends and family dog lovers who would like to attend classes? You round up the participants, provide the location, and we teach the class! Curriculum is flexible based on your specific requirements. Minimum 5, maximum 8 dog/handler teams.
Duration: 1 hour once a week for 5 weeks
Cost: $150.00 per dog/handler team
